Built around your mould
The QT5-15 uses interchangeable moulds, so the product you make is defined by the mould you fit.
- A mould change procedure applies to moulds of the same height.
- Moving to a mould of a different product height also requires adjusting the machine before production.
- The control panel includes pigment feeder functions — forward, backward, rise and drop — for a colour feeding system. These functions apply only when the colour system is ordered; otherwise they are not used.
- Configuration, moulds, product dimensions and achievable output must be confirmed for your project before ordering. Line arrangement and supplied equipment depend on the confirmed order.
